Guideline Details

Possible Forms of Use:
Limited to non-profit purposes, videos and imagery related to Pokémon UNITE are able to be posted on social media and other video sharing websites.
Prohibited Uses:
In regards to the use of video and images from Pokémon UNITE, please refrain from the following actions.
The main purpose of Pokémon UNITE is to create a fun playing environment. Any action against that purpose is prohibited. (Example: Promotion of illegal acts, discrimination, causeing harm to others, political or religious uses, etc.)
Excessive editing or manipulation that is misleading to the content of the game
Extraction and distribution of Pokémon UNITE contents (illustrations, music, etc.) or production of derivitive work (games, applictions. etc.) other than recorded videos and images.
Uploading anything online in which the contents may violate the law or moral policy
Uploading anything related to company software on banned websites
The introduction/support of cheating or unauthorized access and use of Pokémon UNITE.
Contrary to facts, misleading users to believe they have received official sponsorship from the company.
Using contents of voice/open text chat other than one’s own without the consent of the other party.
Other:
If a third party’s intellectual property is used within a video or image related to Pokémon UNITE, permission from the third party is required in addition to following our guidelines. Our company cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding the location of rights.
Our company to provide images such as the Pokémon UNITE logo on the official Pokémon UNITE website. Appropriate materials can be used for videos and still images related to Pokémon UNITE, but we please ask that you refer to the guidelines provided separately.

Guidlines subject to change without prior notice. In the case of a change, details regarding the changes will be written here. Please check them whenever possible. In addition, we are not responsible for damages caused by a change in these guidelines. These guidlines apply only to the Pokémon UNITE game. Any software other than Pokémon UNITE such as other Pokémon content is outside the scope of these guidelines.
